About the Role This is not your typical administration role. As an Operations Support team member, you'll play a key role in ensuring our Carpet Court and Curtain Studio installation operations run smoothly across Auckland Central and Commercial. With a primary focus on supporting our window furnishing deliveries and installations, you'll also provide support across our flooring operations when required. Working closely with customers, installers and internal teams, you'll coordinate installation schedules, manage workflow and ensure every job progresses efficiently from booking through to completion You'll be the link between our customers, installation teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, accurate scheduling and an exceptional customer experience every step of the way. This is a varied role combining operations coordination, customer service, scheduling and administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying organised, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent part-time position based at our Mt Wellington Location, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am-1:30pm. Key Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate installation schedules across Carpet Court and Curtain Studio Book and confirm installation appointments with customers Communicate with customers, installers and internal teams throughout each project Monitor job progress and ensure accurate system updates Prepare documentation and materials for upcoming installations Manage remedial work and support prompt resolution of customer concerns Complete invoicing and operational reporting following installations Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager You Will Have Previous experience in administration, scheduling, customer service or operational coordination Outstanding organisational skills and strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems A proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work The ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues Experience within the flooring, window furnishings or construction industries would be advantageous but isn't essential—we're happy to train the right person.
