Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our dynamic team at Westbury Pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a keen interest in healthcare. As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed. Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organised, and well-presented. Handle customer prescriptions and ensure confidentiality. Provide information on over-the-counter medications and health products. Support the pharmacy team with administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
