Systems, Contracts & Support Administrator (6 months FT, parental leave cover) Looking for a role where your organisation skills, attention to detail and systems expertise can make a real difference? At Rockgas, we're looking for a capable and highly organised Systems, Contracts & Support Administrator to join us on a six-month fixed-term contract. This is a varied role where you'll help strengthen contract governance, improve customer and business data quality, and provide critical coordination and administrative support across the business. About the role This is much more than an administration role. You'll take ownership of key business systems and lead a significant CRM data integrity programme, while working closely with teams across Rockgas to ensure customer information, contracts, reporting and business records are accurate, compliant and fit for purpose. You'll also support continuous improvement initiatives that help the business operate efficiently and effectively About you You're an experienced administrator who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and taking ownership of systems and processes. You'll likely bring: Significant senior administration experience, ideally within a medium to large multi-site organisation. Experience administering business systems or CRM platforms, with accountability for data accuracy, maintenance and compliance. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Dynamics 365. Previous contract administration and document management experience. Strong planning and organisational capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A keen eye for detail and a strong quality assurance mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The confidence to build relationships, influence stakeholders and work across all levels of an organisation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and make practical recommendations. Why join Rockgas?
