ProCare Network Ltd – Auckland, North Island Support a growing service across General Practice and community outreach. You will work alongside a multi disciplinary team of clinicians, including nurses, specialists within diabetes, phlebotomy, mental health, dentistry, pharmacists, health coaches and more. Provide comprehensive, culturally safe clinical care Collaborate closely with colleagues and wider services to address both health and social needs Actively work to reduce health and social inequalities for Whānau Options of fixed term, contracting, locum work, do what works best for you (preference for ongoing hours) Flexibility in FTE, from part to full time hours Support a growing service across General Practice and community outreach.
