About the Role We are seeking multiple Development Bogger Operators . The Development Bogger Operator safely and efficiently operates underground LHD equipment to support mine development. Key responsibilities include bogging, clean-up, stockpile management, and material movement, while working closely with development crews to maintain safe, productive operations and high equipment care standards. Working as part of the Development Mining Team, the Development Bogger Operator will support jumbo operations, ground support activities and development cycles while maintaining the highest standards of safety, production and equipment care. Key Responsibilities Operate underground LHD equipment safely and efficiently. Muck development rounds to meet production targets. Complete heading clean-up, material handling, and stockpile management. Transport ore and waste to designated locations. Conduct pre-start checks and routine equipment servicing. Identify and report equipment faults and safety hazards. Support jumbo, service, and ground support crews. Maintain development headings to safety and operational standards. Follow mine procedures, traffic management, and ventilation requirements. Complete production records and uphold housekeeping and HSE standards. About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Previous experience operating underground boggers/LHDs in a development mining environment. Current underground mining qualifications and relevant operating tickets. Strong commitment to workplace health and safety. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Mechanical aptitude and experience identifying equipment faults. Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening. Ability to work a 7/7 roster (days and nights). Experience in underground gold mining operations, especially hard rock mining. Experience operating Sandvik, CAT or Epiroc underground LHD equipment. Additional underground operating skills such as truck, jumbo, charge-up, or service crew experience. Full Class 1 (must be able to drive a manual) Working at Heights certification. Confined Space certification. Current First Aid Certificate. Exposure to tele-remote or automation systems. Experience supporting jumbo development and ground support activities. RIIMP certification or equivalent mobile plant competency. Why Apply?
