About the Role Assist clients and their whānau, Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists and social workers Understand interventions and rehabilitation plans to help older people and people with complex disabilities to regain independence and help them stay in their own homes for longer. The focus is on rehabilitation and working towards the patient's goals, whilst working closely with the families of the patients. About You New Zealand Enrolled Nurse with a current annual practicing certificate. Nursing experience that includes working with stroke, orthopaedic, frail elderly and other neurological conditions.
