We're looking for an On-Call Dispatch and Production Assistant to join our energetic coffee production team. This role offers flexibility, with shifts offered as required to support production and dispatch operations. You’ll help grind, pack, and prepare our premium coffee blends while ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time. Every shift brings something different, and you’ll be working alongside a supportive team in an environment that always smells like freshly roasted coffee. Why You'll Love Working With Us Flexible on-call work to fit around your availability Opportunity for ongoing work and potential permanent opportunities for the right person Weekly pay - $26.80 per hour Free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Supportive, inclusive team culture Work with a well-known premium coffee brand What You’ll Be Doing Following daily production schedules to meet operational requirements Setting up, operating, and maintaining coffee production machinery Performing quality checks and calibration weigh tests Grinding coffee beans while maintaining quality standards Packing, labelling, and preparing coffee for retail and wholesale orders Assisting with dispatch, palletising, and preparing goods for distribution Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment Supporting the team wherever needed during busy periods What We’re Looking For Previous experience in production, dispatch, warehousing, or machine operation (food manufacturing experience is an advantage) A strong commitment to health and safety Good communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude Reliable, punctual, and available to work on short notice when required Able to provide recent work references A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment And most importantly-someone who doesn't mind the smell of fresh coffee every day! #J-18808-Ljbffr
