From renewals and policy amendments through to new business, you'll play an important role in delivering a seamless client experience while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of personal lines clients, providing professional advice and ongoing support. Arrange new policies, renewals and policy amendments with accuracy and attention to detail. Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service. Liaise with insurers and underwriters to negotiate the best outcomes for clients. Work closely with your team to ensure documentation and administration are completed efficiently. Stay informed of industry developments and regulatory changes within the New Zealand insurance market. About You To be successful in this role, you'll bring: At least 2 years' experience as a Personal Lines Broker within the New Zealand insurance industry. A strong understanding of domestic insurance products and the local market. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. A proactive, client-focused approach and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service.
