We’re looking for motivated and proactive team members to join our Hastings based team in a role that goes beyond traditional customer service. This isn’t just a contact centre job. Yes, you’ll be speaking with customers, but you’ll also play a critical role in deploying technicians from all over the country, coordinating jobs, appointing builders, tracking progress, updating clients and ensuring jobs run smoothly. You’ll own your part in ensuring our team's KPIs are met and the experience for our franchise owners and customers is consistently great. The Role in Action Managing primarily inbound customer enquiries Providing estimates, booking jobs within our franchise locations schedules and processing work instructions Monitoring job progress Appointing and liaising with builders Following up on attendance, job completion and invoice payment Managing paperwork and documentation related to work instructions Providing job status updates to customers Supporting operational administration What You'll Bring Strong organisational and time management skills Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to write emails and job notes accurately and communicate clearly over the phone Ability to juggle multiple jobs at once Proactive and solutions focused mindset High attention to detail Comfortable managing direct personalities and supporting distressed customers experiencing loss Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, administration, construction support, insurance repairs or operations coordination highly regarded Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes ownership and enjoys making sure jobs are completed smoothly and professionally. You’ll join a tight, supportive team in Hastings where your role genuinely matters. This isn’t a traditional contact centre position - you’ll be trusted to coordinate jobs, work closely with franchise partners, and help deliver real outcomes for customers.
