Senior Product and Data Analyst

This is a highly visible role working directly with the leadership team. You'll have the opportunity to influence product strategy, customer success, marketing performance, and investor reporting. This is a highly visible role working directly with the leadership team. You'll have the opportunity to influence product strategy, customer success, marketing performance, and investor reporting. What You'll Do Analyse customer behaviour, retention, and churn. Identify opportunities to improve product adoption and customer outcomes. Quantify the value AIMER delivers to farmers. Analyse model performance and testing results. Extract, clean, validate, and prepare data for analysis. Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI. Develop Power BI dashboards and executive reporting. Track key SaaS metrics including ARR, churn, retention, CAC, LTV, and NRR. Discover new insights that can become customer-facing features and benchmarks. About You 5+ years in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar. Strong SQL skills. Advanced Power BI experience. Proficient in Excel and Python. Able to move from raw data to business recommendations. Comfortable working directly with senior leaders. Curious, commercial, and driven by impact. Bonus Points SaaS experience. Agritech, agriculture, or geospatial data experience. Experience supporting machine learning or data science teams.
