As an Administration Coordinator FIT (Faecal Immunochemical Test) Kit Pathway, you will play a key role in supporting the safe and efficient delivery of the FIT Kit pathway. Your day will involve coordinating referrals, maintaining accurate patient records, and support data tracking processes to ensure timely and effective patient care. Working within established processes, you will monitor incoming results, update registers and spreadsheets, and assist with preparing patient communications. Your attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows will help ensure high-quality data management and smooth patient flow across the service. About the Team/Service/Location Our team supports the Faecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) Kit pathway as part of a wider service focused on improving early detection and patient outcomes. We are a collaborative and supportive group, working closely with clinical and administrative teams to deliver efficient, patient-centred care.
