We're looking for a positive and friendly person with a can-do attitude to join our fun Business Support team and help get the mahi done. This permanent, full-time role is based in our central office in Wellington. About the role: In the role of Business Support Coordinator, you will be essential in supporting Greater Wellington business teams and departments with a wide range of administration and business support. Being customer centric you will be comfortable communicating with people at all levels, including liaising with our office and field staff, as well as members of the public. This is a diverse role, and activities can change daily due to business requirements, so you'll need to be happy to go with the flow whilst delivering your must-do activities each day. Skills and experience required: To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in an administration role Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in learning new technology and systems Excellent organisational and time management skills Have clear written and verbal communication skills A customer centric focus with proven ability to build relationships with both internal and external customers A true team player who is willing to work alongside the team and the wider group Enthusiasm, cheerfulness, and a can-do attitude even when under pressure We are committed to appointing candidates that show real potential and offer a supportive work environment with challenging/varied work, and opportunity to further develop within an experienced team.
