Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking Senior Coordinators to lead district teams within the Te Manawa Taki Intensive Community Wraparound service. Based in Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga, Gisborne and New Plymouth, you will coordinate pre-release planning, gate support coordination, and post-release reintegration for tangata whaiora exiting prison. You will work with clinicians and CSWs, ensure MYPLAN completion, and build strong relationships with ACMHT, Probation, MSD, Kāinga Ora and #J-18808-Ljbffr
