About the Role: Part-time working 32 hours per fortnight in Palmerston North Week 1: Saturday and Sunday 7am to 3pm Week 2: Saturday and Sunday 3pm to 11pm We're Looking For Someone With: A Passion for People: Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles. Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role. Previous Experience: At least 12 months work or lived experience as a support worker Weekend availability: Saturday and Sunday Multiple location : Based across multiple location Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain): A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust.
