Project Management I am excited to be working with a national consultancy who work on some of NZ's most renowned projects in their search for an Intermediate or Senior Project Manager. As a Project Manager you will be taking ownership and managing the full lifecycle of 3 Waters projects ranging from $5 million to $50 million+. These include water and wastewater treatment facilities and related assets. Your primary focus will be on design and delivery management, client engagement, and contract administration (NZS 3910). You’ll work closely with local government teams, contributing to reporting, risk management, and solution-focused leadership on 3 Waters infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle from design to construction and close-out. Oversee project budgets and timelines. Interface closely with council stakeholders. Contract administration. Reporting & auditing. Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders and resolve issues proactively, ensuring expectations are met or managed. Leading & managing meetings. What We’re Looking For Strong & successful infrastructure project delivery experience (3 Waters ideal). Experience working with or within local government or central agencies. Contract administration proficiency (especially NZS 3910). Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and client management skills. Open, honest communicator—solution-driven, not just a “yes person." Ability to form strong relationships internally & externally.
