Silver Fern Farms Takapau is seeking a Nightshift Team Leader for the Primary Butchery, supervising 90 production staff with support from a Department Team Leader. You will lead a two-person team of team leaders and be responsible for department outcomes, safety, quality and production targets. You will inspire the team, set high standards, foster respect, teamwork and continuous improvement, and help staff grow.
