Southern Cross Hamilton Hospital is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Lead for the Ward to provide clinical and operational leadership, ensuring safe, patient-centered care on the surgical ward. This is a full-time position with rosters, mentoring both experienced nurses and new graduates, and coordinating day-to-day ward operations.
