We are on the lookout for a full-time Retail Supervisor to join our team at our WestCity store. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, this is your chance to shine. We're looking for people with drive, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. What We're Looking For Retail and supervisory experience. Experience in pharmacy/health products or fragrance/cosmetics is preferred but not essential. Dedication to customer service and sales. Leadership skills to train and inspire staff. A positive attitude, the ability to think on your feet and strong attention to detail. What You’ll Bring to Life in this Role Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience. Supervising and training staff to achieve high levels of customer service across the store. Monitoring and driving sales to meet targets. Ensure the store is merchandised and displayed to company standards. Managing stock levels by ordering the required stock, working with your Inventory Administrator and effectively resolving any discrepancies. Interacting with suppliers, reps and other people that contribute to the growth of our business.
