This is a full-time, office-based role and the successful applicant will be required to work on-site at our Palmerston North office. We are on the lookout for a special someone who can check the following boxes: Has a tertiary (or equivalent) degree in Engineering, Technology, or Computer‑based Science Has hands‑on technical computing experience, including hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair Can adopt and adapt to complex systems within online environments Comfortable working with physical hardware and equipment, not just software/IT systems Provides a superior customer‑first attitude with both internal and external stakeholders Showcases clear and concise written and spoken communication skills Possesses great relationship‑building skills to work with the many personalities here at Frogparking Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple priorities Has experience creating, maintaining, and improving technical documentation, SOPs, and user‑facing guides A day in the life of YOU may look like: Configuring online environments for new clients Assisting existing clients in managing site operations Conversion of client requirements to project specifications Process management Troubleshooting issues with clients, spanning both software and hardware faults Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues with parking equipment, including on‑site or remote support for physical units Testing features and apps prior to public rollout Supporting field staff and contractors as required in the field Creating and updating documentation, including SOPs, training materials, knowledge‑base articles, and internal process guides Having a laugh within a highly collaborative team environment Partaking in a rotating support roster to support all clients after hours and on the weekends It may also include installation and maintenance field work as required, including hands‑on hardware installation and servicing #J-18808-Ljbffr
