Teacher of Te Reo Māori – Commencing 2027 Full time, Permanent Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher Te reo Māori 1 x MITA Waitākere College is seeking a teacher of Te Reo Māori to join our growingMāori department and bi-lingual programme.The successful candidate must be fluent in Te Reo Māori and have experience teaching in New Zealand schools. The successful candidate will have confidence and capabilities with technology, and be an active participant in our Professional Development Programme including Relationship Based Learning (RBL). There is an expectation of involvement in extracurricular activities on offer at the College. Please state specialist other subjects. This could be an employment-based trainee teacher possibility. Otherwise please state your NZ Teaching Certification Registration Number and Category. Must already be able to work in New Zealand on a permanent basis without the requirement for sponsorship or a job offer.
