DOC is offering a full-time, fixed-term conservation assistant role based in Auckland, Warkworth, or Whangārei from September 2026 to February 2027. Induction and training are provided, with a 40-hour week and a 5-day roster that includes weekends. You will help protect tara iti and support captive rearing sites across multiple locations.
