At Te Whare Korowai Taangata o Kirikiriroa , we work alongside people experiencing homelessness, providing accommodation, housing support, advocacy and wraparound services that help people move towards long-term wellbeing and housing stability. We're looking for a Fundraising & Partnerships Manager to help secure the resources, partnerships and community support that enable this work to continue. About the role Reporting to the Chief Executive, you'll lead our fundraising and partnership strategy by: Identifying and securing grant and funding opportunities. Building meaningful relationships with trusts, funders, businesses and philanthropic partners. Developing sponsorships and strategic partnerships. Leading donor stewardship and fundraising initiatives. Supporting organisational sustainability through innovative funding approaches. Providing leadership to our Communications & Engagement Coordinator. About you You’ll bring: Experience in fundraising, partnerships, business development or grant funding. A proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. Excellent written communication and proposal development skills. Strategic thinking, initiative and the ability to work independently.
