You’ll support BAU operations, contribute to infrastructure projects, manage cloud performance and cost, and work closely with architects, vendors, and wider technology teams to deliver secure and resilient platforms. Role Responsibilities: Manage Azure compute, storage, networking, and security services. Support hybrid infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. Resolve Level 3 incidents and address root causes. Optimise cloud performance, resilience, security, and cost. Support DR, business continuity, monitoring, and availability. Create diagrams, procedures, and technical knowledge articles. Skills and Experience: Experience in cloud, infrastructure, systems, or network engineering. Strong Azure skills across VMs, networking, storage, and identity. Knowledge of security, access control, encryption, and monitoring. Exposure to AWS, Microsoft 365, SaaS, or hybrid environments. Strong troubleshooting, prioritisation, and communication skills. Microsoft, cloud, security, or networking certifications preferred.
