This is a key customer-facing position where you’ll bring your smile, professionalism, and energy to ensure every customer enjoys the highest level of service. No two days are the same — you’ll be involved in a wide range of duties, including: Using our booking system to check clients in and out Updating data in the system Transferring clients to and from all airport terminals in our courtesy shuttles Assisting with loading and unloading customers’ belongings Answering phones and emails promptly and professionally Reconciling daily takings and investigating errors Detailing/grooming vehicles to a high standard Maintaining general office cleanliness to ensure a professional presentation What We Offer Competitive hourly rate Full training provided Company uniform Supportive team culture Discounted Car hires Ideal Candidate Excellent communication skills with strong English and a friendly, positive attitude Flair for sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Computer skills are essential High attention to detail and genuine care for customer property Must undergo MOJ criminal history and driver licence checks Reliable, punctual, and honest with a strong team ethic Previous customer service or sales experience rental cars preferred Full and current NZ driver’s licence, with ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles Flexibility to work a 7-day 24 hour rolling roster, including weekends and public holidays.
