Senior Enterprise Process Analyst

We're embarking on an exciting system transformation journey and are looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Process Analyst to help shape how our organisation works into the future. This is more than a process mapping role. We're looking for someone who can influence, challenge and transform the way our business and technology work together. About the role Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll work across the organisation as the conduit between the business and IT. You'll take the time to understand how our people work today, analyse and document end-to-end business processes, and help design smarter, more efficient ways of working.You'll ensure processes are automation-ready, and document the dependencies needed for successful technology architecture and configuration. A key part of the role is making complexity simple.You'll capture current processes, pain points and opportunities, providing clear business requirements in a way that enables IT to design and deliver effective solutions. You'll present end-to-end enterprise processes in visually engaging maps, facilitate stakeholder input, and operate effective change controls. This is an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes, helping build the foundations for the future of Manawanui. About you You're someone who enjoys getting under the bonnet of a business. You ask great questions, quickly understand how things work and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo when you know there's a better way. You know how to introduce the right amount of disruption to drive meaningful change while bringing people on the journey. You're confident in your expertise, comfortable influencing senior leaders and able to adapt your communication style whether you're working with frontline teams, executives or technical specialists. You'll also bring: At least five years' experience in enterprise process analysis, business analysis or operational improvement. Outstanding process analysis, mapping and documentation skills using BPMN, Visio or similar tools. Experience working as the bridge between business and technology teams. The ability to translate complex information into clear, practical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience documenting end-to-end processes, system interactions and dependencies across complex environments. A transformational mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Experience in financial services or another regulated environment will be highly regarded. Why join Manawanui?
