About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to design, build and maintain engaging online learning and assessment programmes - transforming technical information into interactive, learner-focused courses that make a real impact. Some of your responsibilities will include: Building, testing and maintaining Moodle courses and gradebooks Researching legislation and standards to ensure content accuracy Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to create course content Designing interactive learning activities, scenarios and assessments Developing course structures from standards and learning outcomes About You The successful candidate will have: Strong instructional design and content writing abilities Adobe Creative Suite plus video and photo editing skills The ability to work independently and manage deadlines A creative, innovative mindset with confidence using AI tools Medium to advanced Articulate Storyline and Moodle experience Bonus points for Temporary Traffic Management (TTM), Health & Safety or Civil Construction industry knowledge, or NZGTTM, CoPTTM or Austroads experience.
