Silver Fern Farms' Hokitika plant is seeking a Senior Team Leader to guide a production team, ensure targets are met safely and at high quality, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll coach, support and direct team members while championing a strong team culture. This role is based at the Hokitika plant and requires strong leadership and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
