Clinical Coordinator - Southland and Central Otago QJumpers Invercargill - Southland Full Time Application Closes 13 Aug 2026 Southland - Invercargill Registered Nurse Royal District Nursing Services NZ (RDNS NZ) is a not-for-profit organization providing Home and Community-based Nursing Services across Northland, Greater Auckland, and Southland/Otago/Canterbury regions. We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator, supporting people to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life within their communities. About the Role As a Clinical Coordinator, you'll manage your own caseload across Southland and Central Otago, working closely with clients, families, support workers and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality community-based care. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), 12-month fixed-term opportunity. Your day may include: Developing person-centred care and support plans Coordinating services to meet changing client needs Providing clinical guidance and oversight to support workers Working collaboratively with GPs, Allied Health providers, ACC and community services Monitoring outcomes and identifying opportunities to improve client wellbeing Building trusted relationships with clients and their whānau No two days are the same, making this a rewarding role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and meaningful connections. What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who combines strong clinical skills with a genuine passion for community-based care. You'll have: Current NZ Nursing Council registration and Annual Practising Certificate (APC) Experience working in community, primary care, rehabilitation, aged care or similar settings Excellent clinical assessment and care planning skills Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities A full New Zealand Driver Licence Eligibility to work in New Zealand What's in It for You?
