Senior Project Coordinator

About The Opportunity Join a major enterprise banking customer delivering complex change initiatives across multiple teams. Support Project Managers with end-to-end project coordination and delivery rhythm. Drive governance, reporting, RAID management and quality assurance across workstreams. Maintain discipline around financial tracking, forecasting and analysis. Contract opportunity based in Auckland CBD or Wellington. What You'll Bring 5+ years' project coordination experience across multiple projects and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of delivery frameworks, governance and reporting practices. Proven capability in risk & issue management (RAID) and programme/project reporting. Strong financial analysis skills (tracking, variance, forecasting, pack preparation). Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence (and ideally Copilot); Agile exposure is a plus What's On Offer High-impact contract supporting large-scale enterprise delivery. A role with genuine ownership across governance, reporting and delivery cadence.
