Job Description

One Permanent Full-time position (40 hours per week) One Permanent Part-time position (32 hours per week) Mō te tūranga | About the role Coordinate day-to-day property and fleet operations. Ensure assets are safe, compliant, maintained, and fit for purpose. Manage fleet and property systems, records, and reporting. Maintain procedures, training materials, and operational documentation. Coordinate contractors, suppliers, maintenance, and compliance activities. Support procurement processes and resolve operational issues. Monitor performance, analyse data, and provide reporting. Investigate enquiries and service requests. Visit regional sites and maintain property and fleet standards. Build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders across Council. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Confident relationship builder who works effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and delivers solutions. Strong attention to detail with accurate administration and data management skills. Customer-focused and committed to delivering responsive, high-quality service. Adaptable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience coordinating property, fleet, or asset services. Experience in maintaining asset records, systems, and reporting. Manage contractors and suppliers to deliver maintenance and compliance. Experience coordinating multiple work programmes and priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Experience in invoicing, and contract administration.
