Fleet Disposals Manager Fleet Disposals Manager National role with commercial responsibility Company vehicle and genuine career opportunities Monday to Friday role Armstrong's is looking for a commercially minded Fleet Disposals Manager to oversee the remarketing and disposal of fleet vehicles across our nationwide dealership network. As Fleet Disposals Manager, you'll oversee the remarketing and disposal of fleet vehicles across the Armstrong's Group, managing vehicle pricing, reconditioning, supplier relationships and disposal channels to deliver the best commercial outcomes. Managing the remarketing and disposal of fleet vehicles Sourcing and securing disposal stock Coordinating vehicle pricing, reconditioning and disposal activities Building strong relationships with Fleet Management Organisations, financial institutions, suppliers and dealerships Monitoring stock turn, vehicle performance and commercial returns Identifying opportunities to improve processes and maximise profitability. About you You'll have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and enjoy working in a commercially focused role where relationships and results matter. Ideally, you'll bring: Experience in fleet, used vehicles, leasing or automotive operations Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Knowledge of vehicle pricing, valuations and reconditioning Excellent relationship management and communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Used vehicle experience will be highly regarded.
