About the Role As an HR Administrator, you'll be an integral member of the AskHR team, providing high-quality administrative support. These fixed-term roles are a great opportunity to support important Children's Worker Safety Checks and help ensure the process runs smoothly. You'll work collaboratively with HR Advisors, Recruitment, Payroll, managers, and employees to deliver timely, accurate, and customer-focused HR services. You'll become a subject matter expert for our Children's Worker Safety Checks -one of the key processes managed by AskHR, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall employee experience. The roles are fixed-term while we work through a new service and processes, after which a more enduring structure will be in place. About you As an organised and customer-focused administrator, you'll bring excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting people and processes. Previous administration or customer service experience, ideally within Human Resources or a compliance function. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and manage competing deadlines in a busy environment. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate, confidential employee records. Confident using Microsoft Office and a range of business systems, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes. A collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service to managers, employees, and colleagues.
