Survey Technician

During the week, you’ll be delivering precise set-out on some of the region’s most iconic and technically challenging developments. We’re looking for an experienced Survey Technician who loves precision construction work and is confident running set-out across complex sites. The role This is a technically focused, construction-led position where attention to detail is everything. You’ll be responsible for: High-accuracy construction set-out across bespoke commercial, residential and large-scale developments. Topographical surveys, as-builts and monitoring. Field data capture, processing and reduction. Producing plans and reports using 12D, CAD and related software. Working closely with engineers, planners, contractors and clients. Maintaining strong Health and Safety standards on every site. You’ll be someone who: Has 5+ years’ experience in a land surveying role. Is highly confident running set-out independently. Has strong competency in 12D and/or CAD. Brings outstanding attention to detail and takes pride in technical accuracy. Communicates clearly and builds strong on-site relationships. Works well within a team while confidently taking initiative. Experience with drone surveys or 3D laser scanning would be advantageous. The projects You could find yourself contributing to: Multi-stage alpine construction projects requiring precise, repeatable set-out. Commercial and hospitality developments in complex terrain. High-density apartment and residential builds. Ongoing construction packages where accuracy drives programme success. This is hands-on construction surveying in live environments.
