Business Workstream Lead - Contract role Our client is looking to hire an experienced Workstream Lead who will be accountable for operational leadership, ensuring high-quality, fit-for-purpose guidance and assessments and are delivered to agreed standards and timelines. This will be a Wellington based contract role till June 2027. Knowledge, Skills And Professional Experience Experience in a complex organisation. Experience in developing and delivering workplans that align to organisational strategies and work programmes. Experience in developing, monitoring, improving and maintaining functional workflows and processes. Experience in leading and contributing to embedding organisational change that delivers intended outcomes. Experience in building relationships and partnerships to achieve shared outcomes.
