New Energy is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead on-site construction at the 31MW Onga Solar Farm in Ongaonga. This full-time, fixed-term role oversees safety, coordination of crews, subcontractors, and interfaces with the Project Manager. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will drive 3-week lookahead planning, ensure SOP compliance, manage quality, and mentor Senior Supervisors to achieve daily targets while maintaining cost and schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr
