About the Role We are looking for aNew Zealand Registered Dietitian to work within our small, diversedepartment based at Nelson Hospital and amongst the wider community alliedhealth team in Richmond . The role willcater to clients requiring secondary care services for a wide variety ofconditions and will work predominantly in the community. This is a permanent, part-time role working 56 hours perfortnight (0.7 FTE), between the hours of 8.00AM to 4.30PM, Monday to Friday. Please view the position description for furtherinformation. About the Team/Service/ Location Our team of 13 Dietitians service all parts of the communityacross Nelson and Wairau Hospitals, and the Richmond and Marlborough HealthHubs. For more information on living and working in Nelson click here About you As a Clinical Dietitian, you will: Have exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain working relationships, Work in a supportive andhonest manner with positivity and enthusiasm, be a NZ Registered Dietitian with a current Annual PractisingCertificate with a prescribingendorsement, have atleast two years of previous comprehensive hospital based clinical or generalistexperience, have experience in a variety of adult nutrition interventions andbe comfortable providing community based interventions and education,particularly home enteral nutrition, Be flexible to work thehours as required, Hold a New ZealandDriver's license. The successful candidate must beeligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time ofapplying.
