About the role This Senior Business Analyst role sits at the centre of a key transformation programme, bridging business needs and technical delivery. You’ll work across stakeholders and delivery teams to define requirements, map processes, and support SaaS solution implementation aligned to strategic goals. Role Responsibilities / Duties Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation. Map current and future state processes to identify improvements. Translate business needs into clear technical specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors. Support SaaS solution implementation and design alignment Skills & Experience Extensive experience in requirements gathering. Strong current/future state process mapping capability. Experience delivering SaaS implementations. Ability to translate business needs to technical specs. Health & Safety domain experience advantageous. Location Preferably based in Dunedin. Remote working may be considered; however, occasional travel to Dunedin will be required for workshops and key stakeholder engagement.
