Play a key role in supporting health services delivery Ensure accurate medical information management Enjoy a collaborative, inclusive workplace with growth opportunities Part-time, permanent position, 20 hours per week Mō te tūnga | About the role We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Administration Support Officer to join our Pae Ora (Health) Services team in a part-time, permanent role, based at Rimutaka Prison for 20 hours per week. This position is central to ensuring smooth operations and accurate management of medical information. Responsibilities Maintaining and updating medical records Reception duties and scheduling appointments Coordinating travel bookings and managing calendars Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks Maintaining databases and ensuring operational efficiency This is a dynamic role offering variety, challenges, and continuous support to help you succeed. Mōu | About you You'll bring: Strong computer skills and fast, accurate keyboarding Experience with Word and Excel (essential) Familiarity with SAP and MedTech (advantageous) Knowledge of health systems and medical terminology (preferred) Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach Your ability to streamline processes and work collaboratively will set you apart. Utu ā-tau | Salary Salary range: $64,717 - $68,434 per annum, pro-rata, based on skills and experience.
