Job Description

At Arizto, we’re shaking up the real estate industry with our unique, tech-savvy approach. As an agency, we empower our Agents to deliver top-notch service while keeping it cost-effective. Now, as part of our continued growth, we’re building an in-house social media team - and we’re looking for a talented Social Media Lead to help bring our vision to life. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Social Media Agency Lead, supporting them across strategy, execution, and team leadership. This is a key role where you’ll help build operations from the ground up, mentor junior team members, and ensure internal processes that enable our Agents' social media to thrive are running smoothly. With your social media expertise and collaborative mindset, you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing, maintaining and improving our workflows, keeping our internal clients happy and their results skyrocketing. This is currently a Auckland-based role with occasional travel. If you’re ready to step into a high-impact position - one where you’ll shape Arizto’s social media success and grow alongside a fast-evolving team - we’d love to hear from you. Role Responsibilities: 1) Strategy & Planning Assist with the development and execution of company policies and scalable social media strategies that align with Arizto’s business goals and contribute to Agent success. 2) Content Creation & Management Oversee high-volume content production, ensuring brand consistency - tailored to individual Agent social media profiles. 3) Paid Social & Performance Marketing Plan, optimise, and report on paid campaigns to maximise ROI for Agents. 4) Agent Support Provide support for Agents when necessary, including content planning, training, troubleshooting and more. 5) Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation Track performance metrics, identify trends, and refine strategies to continuously improve results and produce management reports. 6) Team Leadership & Operations Support the National Social Media Manager in managing workflows, tools, and team collaboration for seamless execution. 7) Compliance & Risk / Reputation Management Ensure all content meets legal and brand standards while mitigating reputational risks on owned and earned social media. 8) Tech & Tools Manage and optimise the social media tech stack to enhance efficiency and scalability. 9) Scaling & Innovation Identify growth opportunities, test new platforms, and improve processes for sustainable expansion. Your Background: 1) Seasoned Social Media Marketer You have 5+ years of experience managing both organic and paid social campaigns, with extensive expertise in content creation, navigating algorithms, trends, and performance analytics. 2) Agency-Tested Team Player You’ve worked in fast-paced, internal-client-service environments (agency or internal marketing teams) and know how to juggle multiple stakeholders while keeping cool under pressure. 3) Data-Obsessed Optimiser You're well versed in metrics and use them to make decisions that improve ROI, spot trends and opportunities. 4) Natural Leader & Mentor Whether you’ve formally managed people or not, you thrive when guiding others - teaching, collaborating, and bringing out the best in your team. 5) Strategic Thinker with a 'Doer' Mindset You can zoom out to see the big picture but love rolling up your sleeves to execute across all aspects of social media and internal client service. What We Offer: 1) A Chance to Help Build Something Meaningful: Work alongside our Social Media Agency Lead to shape this new function from the ground up, with the opportunity to make your mark. 2) Autonomy & Flexibility: Auckland based with the trust to structure your day for maximum productivity and impact. 3) Strong Support & Strategic Impact: Work hand-in-hand with our Social Media Agency Lead to execute the vision, backed by an engaged CMO who champions this function’s growth. 4) Clear Growth Pathways: Be part of a fast-growing company where your work directly fuels our success - and your development is prioritised. 5) A Culture of Innovation: Join a passionate, no-ego team that’s rewriting the rules of real estate. -- Applications close: Midnight, July 31, 2026. To apply, you’ll need to hold NZ citizenship, residency or have already secured a valid working visa. #J-18808-Ljbffr
