New Energy is seeking an HR Lead/Administrator for the Onga Solar Farm project in Hawke’s Bay, NZ. This on-site role is full-time, fixed-term for approx. 6 months, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will manage day-to-day HR, onboarding/offboarding, payroll support, and project administration while reporting to the People & Culture Manager.
