We are looking for energetic and motivated Part-time Support Workers to support people in their own homes in Levin. What does a Support Worker do? Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, including experience with disabilities and challenges behaviours. Full driver's license is essential. Somebody who has the initiative to push people for their goals, is energetic, outgoing, and can think outside the box. You need to be respectful of others thinking, and their way of living life that may be different to your own. Flexibility to work shifts across a roster, including weekends. Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness is important in this role as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.
