MAPU is a dedicated area that accepts acute medical patients from the Emergency Department, focusing on rapid assessment and planning. This 20 bed MAPU facility at Palmerston North Hospital supports short stays of 24–48 hours with aim of early discharge or clear plan of care on admission. We are seeking an experienced, quick thinking registered nurse to join the team.
