Your role will be as Service Coordinator, working alongside our both the Branch Manager, Service Co-ordinator, Security Technicians and the wider Aotea Security whanau to coordinate service jobs for our regional and national customers in the Auckland region. To be successful in this role you will need to have: Proven experience in overseeing multiple tasks at any given time from request, allocation and through to completion. Experience in Security Co-ordination role advantageous. Allocation of the best technical resource to complete any given task Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as you will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to clearly inform of timeframes and any updates Be process driven, adhering to known deadlines and able to plan for multiple outcomes Have solid understanding of the Auckland region, and what is needed to respond to all corners for any urgent or non-urgent request Aid in the ongoing reinforcement of a strong company culture by supporting the wider team to accomplish their duties Work alongside the other co-ordinator daily to harness the full ability of the wider technical team when required and aid in the timely procurement, and return, of materials for tasks Our preference is for someone local who is eligible to obtain the required credentials.A competitive package will be offered to the right candidate.If you have the above experience and enjoy working in a team environment that is fast paced, supportive and collaborative, we look forward to discussing this opportunity further with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
