We have an exciting opportunity for an Advisor looking to join the Ministerial and Accountability Services in the Associate Deputy Secretary Immigration branch at Immigration New Zealand (INZ).
\nThe Ministerial and Accountability Services team is a passionate and fun team that supports INZ branches to manage the machinery of government workload.
\nYou will be responsible for providing Ministers and senior officials within INZ and the Ministry with accurate, objective, and timely information, analysis and advice regarding ministerial reporting, servicing and accountability requirements.

- coordinating and supporting machinery of government requirements across all of INZ. \n
- with a wider lens you will work with the business to improve practises and look for opportunities to improve the processes. \n

Skills and Experience Required\nWe are keen to hear from you if you have:

- A good understanding and experience in machinery of government requirements within the public sector. \n
- Understanding of technical machinery of government principles. \n
- Experience planning and delivering key pieces of work/projects, to meet business needs. \n
- Strong relationship management with proven success building strong connections. \n
- Motivated and able to self-manage. \n
- Good written and verbal communication skills. \n
