About This Opportunity We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our New Zealand Sales team, based in Dunedin . This is a highly autonomous, field-based role where you’ll take full ownership of your territory, building strong partnerships across grocery and off-premise independent retail customers. Covering Dunedinand surrounds, you’ll focus on driving execution in-store and unlocking growth opportunities across your customer base. What You'll Be Doing Deliver volume, value and distribution targets across your territory Build strong relationships with key retail customers Execute in-store activations, promotions and shelf optimisation. Identify and convert new growth opportunities across accounts Manage your territory plan, including travel and customer cadence Support new product launches and drive brand visibility Use sales data and insights to improve performance About You You’re a self-starter who thrives in a field-based role and enjoys owning your results. You’ll bring: Experience in territory or field sales (FMCG, beverages, or alcohol highly regarded) Grocery or retail channel experience Strong commercial acumen and a results-focused mindset Proven ability to influence customers and drive in-store execution Confidence managing a large and geographically dispersed territory A high level of autonomy, organisation and drive Ability to travel out-of-town, one night away 3 out of 4 weeks.
