Store and Warehouse Supervisor

Join a well-established electrical wholesaler in a busy, hands-on role Be part of a small, supportive team where every day is different Help keep warehouse operations running efficiently from goods in to goods out About the Opportunity Our client is looking for an experienced Store / Warehouse Supervisor to join their small team. This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll play a key role in the smooth running of the warehouse, ensuring stock is received, stored and dispatched efficiently. You'll be responsible for managing the flow of inwards and outwards goods, preparing customer orders for dispatch, and keeping the warehouse organised and ready for the next delivery. This role would suit someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in maintaining an efficient workspace, and works well in a fast-paced trade environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload and check incoming deliveries Accurately process and put away stock Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently Keep the warehouse organised, tidy and ready for incoming stock Assist with stock replenishment and general warehouse duties Carry out stock checks as required Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment About You You'll bring: Previous experience in a warehouse or stores role, ideally within electrical wholesale or a similar trade environment Experience handling inwards and outwards goods A strong work ethic with a hands-on approach Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking and packing orders The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy warehouse A team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential What's on Offer Join a respected business with a strong reputation Be part of a friendly, close-knit team Stable, full-time employment with long-term opportunities Varied, active role where no two days are the same Ongoing training and support If you're an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and takes pride in delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.
