About the Role This is a full-time role supporting the Branch Manager in our Hastings Store. You'll play a pivotal role in promoting a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment. Your responsibilities will include driving sales and promotional activities to exceed targets, ensuring impeccable visual merchandising, managing stock efficiently, and maintaining a strong focus on loss prevention. You’ll also provide crucial administrative support, including sales reporting, team performance analysis, and roster management.
