What You'll Be Doing Leading high-impact transformation engagements that guide partners from traditional services towards AI-powered business models Building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders Creating and driving strategic transformation roadmaps, objectives, and success measures Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and growth planning conversations Helping partners identify, package, and launch innovative AI-driven services Supporting the development of recurring revenue models and commercially viable service offerings Driving adoption of Transformation-as-a-Service delivery approaches and managed intelligence solutions Holding partners accountable to agreed milestones, outcomes, and transformation goals Collaborating with Sales, Academy, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing teams to accelerate partner success Providing valuable insights and feedback that contribute to the evolution of Pax8's global managed intelligence strategy The Impact You'll Make Your work will directly influence partner growth, AI adoption, service innovation, and recurring revenue creation. What We're Looking For Proven experience leading business transformation, consulting, advisory, or strategic change initiatives Extensive experience influencing senior stakeholders and executive audiences Demonstrated success driving behavioural change and adoption within external organisations Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting revenue growth, service creation, and business transformation Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills A consultative mindset combined with the confidence to challenge assumptions and drive action Experience within cloud, software-as-a-service, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, or managed services environments Proven ability to turn frameworks and concepts into practical execution plans Strong ownership mentality, resilience, accountability, and self‑motivation Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Project or programme management certifications are advantageous Trust and Hiring At Pax8, we care deeply about building genuine, trust based relationships — starting with how we hire.
