Civil Construction Limited – Queenstown, South Island We are looking for a practical, reliable and organised person to provide permanent part-time administrative support to our Workshop Team Leader and Workshop team. This is a support-focused role that would suit someone who enjoys variety, is happy to help where needed, and can assist keeping day-to-day workshop administration moving. You do not need to be a mechanic, but some exposure to a workshop, fleet or service-based environment would be helpful. ABOUT THE ROLE Working alongside and under the guidance of the Workshop Team Leader you will help with planning, scheduling, supplier communication, stock control and general administration. The role will assist the Workshop Manager to ensure scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is managed efficiently. Assist with preparing and updating the workshop plan and job schedule Help coordinate workshop jobs and communicate updates to the team Support the Workshop Team Leader with prioritising urgent or unscheduled maintenance alongside planned maintenance Contact contractors and suppliers as requested Request quotes and check availability of parts and services Assist with sourcing parts and following up orders Help complete stocktakes and maintain stock records Assist with maintaining information in the EROAD portal Carry out general workshop administration and filing Help keep the workshop office and related areas tidy and organised Complete other ad-hoc administration and support tasks as required **As this role is not expected to exceed 30 hours per week, it does not meet the minimum requirements for visa sponsorship.** ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn and comfortable working in a practical, hands‑on environment. You will be supporting the Workshop Team Leader, so the right attitude and ability to follow through on tasks are important.
