Senior Project Manager - NZ

With a growing portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take overall leadership of a landmark utility-scale solar project in the Auckland region. This is an opportunity for an experienced Australian Project Manager to step into a major international project, experience living and working in New Zealand, and make your mark on a project that will contribute to the country's renewable energy future. Based in the Auckland region, you will maintain a strong presence across the project and site, working closely with the site delivery team and INTEC's Christchurch-based corporate project team. You will provide overall project leadership, bringing together construction, engineering, commercial, procurement and project controls to deliver outstanding project outcomes. The Opportunity This is more than a project management role. You will have end-to-end leadership of a major renewable energy project, working directly with the client and leading a multidisciplinary team through delivery. About You You are an experienced EPC Project Manager with a strong track record delivering large-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects. To be successful in this role, you will bring: Take overall responsibility for the safe, successful and commercially strong delivery of a major utility-scale solar project. Lead and align the site-based delivery team and Christchurch corporate support functions, creating a high-performing and accountable project environment. Build and maintain trusted relationships with the client, contractors, consultants and senior stakeholders, acting as the key project leadership interface. Drive project performance across programme, budget, forecasting, risk, change, subcontractor management and commercial outcomes. Ensure delivery meets contractual obligations, HSEQ requirements, regulatory standards and INTEC's project governance framework. Why Make the Move? A major project. A new country.
